About Me
From a young age, I knew I wanted to support women during childbirth. Growing up, I witnessed the women in my family give birth without the care and advocacy they deserved, facing mistreatment and even life-threatening situations simply because no one was there to stand by them. At just 12 years old, I made a vow to become the person who would change that.
As a birth doula, I am committed to empowerment, compassion, and evidence-based care. I offer birth support, postpartum care, lactation support, comfort measures classes, and birth planning services to help parents feel prepared and in control of their birthing experience. I work closely with families to create personalized birth plans that align with their goals and preferences, while also developing backup plans to ensure they feel confident no matter how their birth unfolds. My goal is to help women trust in their bodies, embrace their power, and approach birth without fear.
At Cozy Nest Doula, I will guide you in centering yourself before labor, helping you feel mentally prepared, relaxed, and confident in your body’s ability to birth. You are strong, capable, and never alone in this journey. I will be by your side every step of the way.

Doula Consultant
As a birth doula consultant, I provide expert guidance and personalized support to help you navigate your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. I’ll assist you in creating a birth plan, exploring your options, and preparing for labor. During labor, I offer advice on comfort measures, techniques, and how to advocate for your preferences. My goal is to empower you with the information and support you need to make confident, informed decisions every step of the way.
Birth Doula Support
As your birth doula, I provide physical, emotional, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, and delivery. I’ll help you prepare with education, create a personalized birth plan, and offer comfort techniques during labor. I’m here to provide reassurance, advocacy, and physical support so you feel empowered every step of the way. After birth, I offer postpartum support with breastfeeding guidance and newborn care to help you transition smoothly into parenthood.
Postpartum Support
Immediately after birth, I provide support to help you with recovery and newborn care. I’ll assist with breastfeeding, ensure you’re comfortable, and offer emotional reassurance as you bond with your baby. My goal is to help you feel confident, supported, and cared for during those crucial first moments after birth.
